Our goal in creating this restaurant is to design a quality burger location that is driven by the Knoxville community using fresh, local ingredients in all our menu options. We want a place for our customers to feel at home and welcome when they are here whether it is for a business luncheon, a first date or a place for family and friends to come together and have dinner and drinks with one another.

Our restaurant implements a farm-to-table concept where we work with farms and businesses around the Knoxville area to promote local economic sustainability within the community.

We provide a casual environment and warm, knowledgeable service for you to enjoy our unique interpretation of gourmet craft burgers.

We will offer a full bar with an emphasis on the finest bourbons mixed with house-made ingredients in modern variations of classic cocktails along with a wide selection of craft beer and wine options.

Locally Grown

Our restaurant implements a farm-to-table concept where we work with farms and businesses around the Knoxville area to promote local economic sustainability within the community.

We are working together with Mitchell Family Farms in Blaine, TN for all our beef. John Mitchell, a sixth-generation farmer in Grainger County, is part of a family that has farmed the same land since the 19th century. The family farms over 400 acres where they raise Holstein cattle that is all-natural and hormone-free.

We are also partnering with Flour Head Bakery in Knoxville for our breads and Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams for our bacon.
